Shipping & Delivery
Our prices are all on an Ex-works basis.

We aim to dispatch orders received before 3.30pm on the same day. Otherwise orders are dispatched the next working day.

Goods which you have ordered from the website should always be in stock. Payment in full is taken when the order is fulfilled and dispatched. Customers with unpaid orders will be contacted and their orders placed on hold until payment in full has been received.

Small items weighing less than 2 Kg will be sent in the post by Royal Mail. We normally use 1st class post in th UK. We use Air Mail to Europe and the Rest of the World. We do not normally track these small shipments. Larger quantities over 2 Kg weight are normally sent by Parcel Force / GLS or other courier. Couriered items are tracked within the UK and Proof Of Delivery is normally available. We have to pay per parcel and consequently we charge per parcel rather than by consignment. We try to pack goods as efficiently as possible to keep the transportation costs down. Please let us know if you need to use your own courier service to make a collection from our premises. All goods are dispatched on an Ex-works basis.

Privacy & Security

We do not share your information with any other organization. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Our servers and computers are protected by Firewalls.

Returns & Replacements

Goods may be returned in good condition according to the Remote Selling provisions. Faulty goods may be replaced or refunded at the Company's discretion, given proof of fault by returning the item to us or providing of convincing photographic evidence. Refunds are normally made within 2 working days that any goods have been returned and inspected at our address.


Orders should be placed on the website or by email. We no longer have a fax machine. Contact the company directly if your order is not a standard product. 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment should be made on the website where ever possible. For larger or non standard orders we can provide bank details for bank to bank money transfers. Prices include local taxes where applicable. VAT at 20% is payable on orders shipping to UK addresses. From time to time we may offer promotion pricing, which will be featured on the web store. These prices can only be accessed by making purchases directly on the web store.

Viewing Orders

You can view all your orders on the web store. Login in to the Web Portal.

Updating Account Information

Please keep you account information up to date. We can not accept any responsibility if orders are shipped to incorrect addresses, if they are not correctly entered onto the web shop before the time of shipping. Full Terms and Conditions are available from the company. email your request to
